Join us for our four-part education series, "Aging in Place Confidently & Safely," where experts will share essential strategies and practical tips to help you or your loved ones thrive at home. Discover how to create a safer, more comfortable living environment and maintain independence with confidence at any age. In this session titled "Staying Strong and Steady," MDNA’s physical therapists Brianne Barker, Katy Guthrie, and Amanda Jacobs will share simple but powerful exercises for maintaining strength and balance to prevent falls and boost confidence in daily activities.
