Join FIORE Artisan Olive Oils & Vinegars and the Jesup Memorial Library for two great events this November. First on Friday, Nov. 8 at 7 p.m., join Pat O’Brien, Director of Marketing at FIORE, for “An Evening in Emilia Romagna” at the Jesup. Then on Thursday, Nov. 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. stop by FIORE’s Bar Harbor store, 8 Rodick Place, for their annual fundraiser to support the Jesup.
 
During the Friday evening presentation, O’Brien will share his experiences in Emilia Romagna, “the food region of Italy” during this talk and interactive tasting. O’Brien and his wife, Nancy, the founder and owner of FIORE, recently returned from from their annual buying and touring events in Bologna, Modena, Parma, Modigliana and Faenza. During this talk, attendees can sample the food of the region while learning more about this area of Italy and the culture. Finally, O’Brien will explain more about the olive oils and balsamic vinegars that FIORE sources from the region as well as how these oils and vinegars interact and pair with foods and wines.
 
Then join FIORE for their annual fundraiser for the Jesup on Thursday, Nov. 21. Stop by to get a jump-start on your holiday gifts or to restock your pantry all while supporting the Jesup. There will be tasty treats made with Fiore’s amazing olive oils and vinegars. It is guaranteed to be a fun and tasty evening. This event is free and open to the public and a portion of tha proceeds from this evening support the Jesup.
