This is a drop-in class. Registration is not required. The price per session is $20 (members) or $25 (non-members), which can be paid directly to the instructor via cash or check.

Dance Cardio provides a space for all dance lovers to move, shake, and have fun! We?ll start with an upbeat warm up and dynamic stretching to get the blood pumping and then move into an easy-to-follow choreography sequence. We?ll finish with some full body strengthening and an intentional cooldown. You?ll leave feeling high vibe and energized! **Comfortable and supportive indoor sneakers are recommended for this class.**
