Join us for an exploration of movement expression, dance creativity, and communication through the structure of improvisation. Each session will begin with a structured full-body warm-up which leads to more open-ended dance improvisation exercises. All abilities welcome! Rates per session: $10 (members) or $15 (non-members). Get a discounted rate and register for all 6 sessions ($50 for members and $75 for non members). Drop-ins also welcome!
About the Instructor: David Lamon is an experienced teacher and choreographer who has studied and taught a wide variety of dance forms and movement techniques. David?s classes are fun, engaging, and demonstrate a thoughtful attention to the foundations of each dance form. Whatever the form, David believes that dance is a doorway to the synchronistic creativity of being in the moment!
