Description
Divisi, a select 22-voice a cappella choral group from Bangor, Maine will present a winter concert entitled 'A Contemporary Christmas.' This concert features modern arrangements of many beloved carols including 'Silent Night', 'In the Bleak Midwinter? and ?There is no Rose? as well as several secular works celebrating the impending winter and the joy that can be found within. This will be the first time Divisi will perform this beautiful and unique music on MDI. The group, founded in 2012 by Molly J. Webster of Bangor, sings exclusively contemporary choral music in eight-part harmony.
