Felting 3D Beetles and Moths - Aug 2022 Join Gabrielle to felt lovely beetles and moths. In this workshop you will learn how to needle felt 3D form starting with a pipe cleaner armature and evolving it into a complete form. Materials will be provided.Masks, vax'd (over 5), and distancing for staff and participant safety.About the instructor: Gabrielle is an illustrator and multimedia artist. She grew up on a small island in Maine, and consistently finds her art influenced by her upbringing. She worked for the Illustration institute based out of Portland Maine in 2020 producing a short documentary series about how drawing influences thinking. Gabrielle is currently enrolled at College of the Atlantic and is on course to graduate with a study in visual narratives. When she’s not drawing or crafting you can find her planning her next cross-country bike tour.
