It's time to bring some heat to the studio! Join Deanna for this fun Hot Power Yoga & Social choreographed to Movie Soundtracks with all donations going to the historic Criterion Theater in downtown Bar Harbor. This fun yet challenging class will be 60 minutes followed by optional sparkling cider, prosecco and a surprise guest singer!!! Deanna is a soulful practitioner of yoga for over 17 years and has been teaching Hot Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa at Yoga to the People in NYC for the past 8 years. She is also a successful performer and can currently be seen in the National Touring Company of Wicked the Musical. She was also recently seen on Broadway in the smash hit Mamma Mia! Come get a sweaty practice in and have some fun for our great local theater.
