Life Drawing Instruction with Erika Rosso Figure Drawing or Life Drawing has been a foundation of fine art for hundreds of years. Many of the old masters practiced tirelessly to perfect the human figure in their drawings, later using their sketches to inform their paintings. Often considered the most challenging subject, drawing the human figure can significantly improve your drawing skills. In this course we will learn to see the figure-the shapes, shadows, negative space and form. This class is suitable for all levels. Erika Rosso fell in love with drawing and making art as a child and has been creating art ever since. She attended College of the Atlantic where she studied with master watercolor and oil painter Joanne Carpenter. She later went to the Sedona School of Art and Instituto Allende for workshops in Watercolor, Silversmithing, and Egg Tempera. Over time, Watercolor became her primary form of expression on paper.
