Description
The Common Loon is one of Maine’s most iconic species. Its distinctive and soulful calls can be heard on many of Maine’s lakes. Answer your questions about loon biology, behavior, and migration. Create a piece of loon art. On Thursdays, Museum Educator Cynthia Ocel will be offering free fun drop-in sessions from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and again from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. including Origami Bird Making, Loon Magic, and Fill the Bill.
