Bar Harbor was once the summer destination for the Gilded Age elites. As the Fire of '47 swept through the town, it marked the end of an era, taking with it many beautiful, historic homes. But what about the homes that are still left on the island? The ones that escaped the fire by pure happenstance? Join the Bar Harbor Historical Society's Ramble, a walking, guided tour, on September 17th at 9 AM as they stroll down West Street of Bar Harbor to see where the summer residents of the Gilded Age made their homes! Tickets are $25/person or $20 for members (become a member to take advantage of the special pricing!) and can be purchased here: https://barharborhistorical.ticketing.veevartapp.com/tickets/view/list/west-street-ramble
