Description
This is a healing class that can benefit all levels of students. The focus is on gentle stretching and restorative poses: easy, comfortable positions held for 5-8 minutes that use props, such as bolsters and pillows, to support the body for deep relaxation. Guided imagery, meditations and pranayama (breathing exercises) may be used during long poses or at the end of class to deepen the practice. Please bring a mat and/or blanket if you have one
