Description
Come learn effective self-defense techniques based on human instincts! Krav Maga (contact combat) is an Israeli self-defense system designed for anyone regardless of size or strength. These workshops will focus on: Situational awareness & de-escalation Fight stance and movement Basic strikes Defending against strikes Defending against grabs In this workshop we will be working together for partner drills. This will involve physical contact with other participants.
