Join the Bar Harbor Historical Society on September 28th at 4 PM as they welcome author Mac Smith for his lecture on The History of The Bowdoin Family! With ties to all the powerful elites like J.P. Morgan and Alexander Hamilton, learn about the family that built La Rochelle, the 1903 Gilded Age seaside cottage. As always, the BHHS's lectures are always free to the public though a $10/person suggested donation is appreciated!!
