Pet of the Week - Murphy

PET OF THE WEEK

This is Murphy, and he’s just as goofy and sweet as he looks! We don’t know much about Murphy’s time prior to being at the SPCA-HC, but we do know that he’s a certified cutie-goober. This senior gentleman is the definition of a gentle giant and is estimated to be around 9-10 years old. He’s a big boy with an even bigger heart. Murph has so much love to give and perks up the second a visitor walks in and will immediately wander out to greet them. He is known to rest his front paws on your legs and stretch his face towards you for head rubs. If you’re looking for a lap cat, or a shadow, Murphy is the purrfect cat for you! He is snuggly, silly, and affectionate. He loves his food and shows excitement for visitors by running over to snack on some crunchies while being petted and loved on. Murphy is currently in a community room here at the shelter with some other kitties and doesn’t mind them one bit. While we very much enjoy Murphy’s companionship here at the shelter, we know he wants nothing more than to have a family of his own with unconditional love and lots of attention!
